What counts as one "application"?
One resume and one cover letter tailored to one specific job posting. Send us the posting link or text and we'll match your documents to it.
What is the Career Path Design Plan?
A written plan, made for you, that shows where you stand today, which better-paid jobs are within reach, which short courses or tickets would pay off, and what to do over the next 90 days. It comes with every package at no extra cost.
What do I need to send you?
Your current resume, even an old one, and the jobs you want. No resume? No problem: our step-by-step form asks about your past jobs, education, licences and skills, and we build your resume from that. After you pay, you'll land right on it.
Will you add experience I don't have?
No. We never invent job titles, dates, degrees, licences or achievements. We help you describe what you've really done in the language employers look for.
Do I have to send all 10 job postings at once?
No. Send the postings as you find them. Your package covers the number of applications you bought.
Can I add more applications later?
Yes. Extra applications are $25 CAD each. Use "Request invoice" in the add-ons, tell us how many you need, and we'll email you a Square invoice you can pay online by card.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments go through Square, which handles the card details. We never see or store your card number. All payments are charged in Canadian dollars. If your card is from the U.S., the UK or elsewhere, your bank converts the amount, and you can view approximate prices in US dollars or British pounds above the packages.
Do you guarantee I'll get hired?
No one can honestly promise that, or a raise. We promise strong, truthful documents and a clear, realistic plan. Hiring and pay decisions are up to employers.
